Seraa All Mohtafeeen is an Egyptian thriller drama set in the port city of Alexandria. Gharbawi Bey presents himself to the world as a respectable fleet owner operating out of Abu Qir — but Egyptian intelligence knows he is a skilled smuggler, and has been watching his every move. To bring him down, undercover officer Wahid assumes the identity of Dr. Fathi and sets out to get close to Gharbawi's daughter Leila, following a calculated plan laid out by the head of the detective bureau. The film is a taut cat-and-mouse thriller about deception, loyalty, and the blurred lines between lawman and criminal.
