Egyptian director and screenwriter, born in 1932.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts, English Language Department, and a Certificate from the Institute of Dramatic Arts, Directing Department.
He began his film career as a writer of scripts and dialogue, and his first film (Days Without Love) was in 1962.
He worked as a producer for some films and worked as a director on television since it began broadcasting. He also directed theater. He turned to acting through the movie (Hoda) in 1959.
He died in 1997.
