Born in Alexandria, he obtained a Bachelor of Applied Arts. At the beginning of his life, he married the artist Isaad Younes when she was a broadcaster, then they separated. He worked in theater in: “Origin and Picture,” “Me, My Wife, and Her Husband,” “The Tramp,” “Al-Tartour,” and “Maqlib Mahrous,” and cinema and television in: “The Egyptian Father” as a comedic actor known for his comedic roles, especially the role of the hero’s friend. He shined more in theater than in cinema. He was characterized by a stereotypical performance and repeated himself often, despite his lightness.
