Sareq El-Mahfaza is an Egyptian comedy film starring Tariq Al-Fangari as a notoriously stingy man whose miserliness exasperates his three sisters. When Tariq boards a public bus, a sudden accident sends him to hospital — setting off an investigation that reveals a pickpocket among the passengers who swapped wallets with Tariq before dying in the crash. With the thief's identity confused for Tariq's, his family mourns a man who is very much alive, sending the situation spiraling into a comedy of errors built on mistaken identity, bureaucratic chaos, and the absurdity of family grief.
