Shouq is an Egyptian family drama set in Alexandria, centered on the household of the aging Master Adam, who lives with his spoiled son Mokhtar and his young third wife Shauq. When Adam's second son Ahmed returns home after a long time abroad, the domestic equilibrium is shattered as Shauq sets her sights on seducing him. Ahmed's steadfast resistance becomes the emotional backbone of a tense domestic conflict that probes themes of temptation, familial loyalty, and the dangerous undercurrents that can surface within a single household.
