Behold How Bold Is Sokkar is an Egyptian drama film set in Cairo's underbelly, following young orphan Sokar who lives under the thumb of a gang led by the ruthless Atris and Zakia. The gang trains street children to beg and pickpocket, exploiting their vulnerability for profit. The stakes rise dramatically when Atris reveals to Zakia that Sokar is in fact the daughter of a wealthy man — and that her uncle paid to have her disposed of so he could inherit his brother's fortune.
