Ana Al-Majnun is an Egyptian comedy thriller in which Hassan checks himself into a psychiatric hospital, feigning insanity after robbing a jewelry store. Naima arrives posing as his sister and strikes up a romance with Adam, the head nurse. When medical reports expose Hassan's ruse, he escapes with Adam's help — but Naima seizes the jewelry bag and makes a run for it, triggering a frantic chase involving everyone from the hospital to the police.
