Overview
Nabtedi Mnein Al-Hikaya is an Egyptian romantic comedy following Hanan, the cherished only daughter of a wealthy merchant, who feigns blindness to avoid an arranged marriage. Desperate for a cure, her father summons psychiatrist Dr. Ali — who arrives with his friend Hassan in tow, the latter falsely presenting himself as a fellow doctor, lured by the generous reward on offer. Hassan soon discovers that Hanan is not blind at all, and as the two conspirators — one faking illness, the other faking credentials — circle each other, a genuine and charming romance begins to develop between them.
