Saedat El Rigal is an Egyptian drama film following a nightclub singer who dreams of leaving the world of cabarets behind. Her chance comes when a poor young man falls for her and proposes marriage; she accepts, and the two build a quiet, devoted life together, with the wife caring tenderly for his disabled father. But when her husband, unable to bear the weight of feeling inadequate, embezzles money from his workplace and ends up in prison, she is left alone and financially desperate — forced to confront the painful possibility of returning to the very life she fought so hard to escape.
