Hob Min Narr is an Egyptian patriotic romantic drama set against the backdrop of the 1956 Tripartite Aggression on Port Said. Two athletic young men, Ahmed and Mohamed, set aside their rivalry over the beautiful Najaf when the war reaches their city and they join the resistance fighters. Najaf enlists with the Red Crescent, but when the enemy captures her parents, she goes undercover as a nightclub girl to infiltrate a bar frequented by British soldiers, gathering intelligence that helps the fighters launch a decisive attack. A stirring tribute to popular resistance and wartime courage.
