Overview
Al-Thulathiya is a landmark Egyptian drama series adapted from Nobel laureate Naguib Mahfouz's celebrated Cairo Trilogy. The series stars the late Mahmoud Morsi in an iconic performance as Al-Sayyid Ahmad Abd al-Jawad, a powerful patriarch whose public persona of strict morality and iron discipline conceals a very different private life of indulgence and pleasure that he pursues far from his family's eyes.
