Othman Abaza

Director, actor, born on October 5, 1903, Minya al-Qamh, Sharkia Governorate. He graduated from the School of Agriculture in 1926. He was appointed to the Egyptian Radio as a director in 1948. Among the programs he presented to the radio was “Run Al-Rif,” which contributed to solving the problems of farmers, and he presented this program weekly. He also directed many radio skits, including “Aziza and Younis” - “Al-Bani Tali’” - “The Three Martyrs” etc.. and he presented many singing operettas, including Paradise Lost - and Marouf Al-Iskafi. He also presented a singing program entitled “Harvest Holidays” and “Farah Sharqawi” T.
