H-3 is an Egyptian comedy film with a science-fiction twist, exploring the dangerous temptations that come with reclaiming youth. But youthful vigor comes with youthful recklessness — Abbas promptly falls in love with his own son's fiancée and insists on marrying her, sending his family into turmoil.
