A Woman on the Road is an Egyptian social drama centred on Saber, one of two sons belonging to a man known as Al-Moalem Farag. When an accident robs his father of his sight, Saber is unjustly blamed — despite his complete innocence. His father refuses to hear otherwise, leaving Saber to quietly persevere, continuing to work diligently in order to support the very man who condemns him. The film is a moving examination of false accusation, paternal stubbornness, and the quiet dignity of a son determined to prove his worth through action rather than words.
امرأة في الطريق هو فيلم مصري، تم إنتاجه في 22 ديسمبر 1958، الفيلم قصة وسيناريو عبد الحي أديب، ومن بطولة رشدي أباظة، شكري سرحان، هدى سلطان وزكي رستم، ومن إخراج عز الدين ذو الفقار. هو من أفضل مئة فيلم في تاريخ السينما المصرية.
