Egyptian actor, born on November 11, 1914.
He began his artistic career when he was twenty-three years old, where he participated in the movie (Laila Daughter of the Desert) with the artist Zaki Rustom, and then went on to participate in many artistic works. Due to his strong, harsh features, he became famous for playing evil roles in most of his works, the most famous of which was the Tatar leader in the movie (Wa Islamah).
His participation did not stop at this point, but he performed some comedic roles, including his role in the films (For Men Only) and (The Laughing Crime). Sobeih’s performance and contribution to art continued until shortly before his death in 1980, when he presented his last work (Hell) with the artist Adel Imam.
