Overview
The Vandals is an Egyptian social drama that confronts corruption in the construction industry through the lens of personal loyalty and professional ethics. When a newly built school building collapses, engineer Adel is dispatched to investigate the disaster and uncovers damning evidence: the contractor deliberately used substandard materials, and Adel's own close friend, engineer Hamdy, is implicated in the cover-up.
