Overview
نوع من الرجال (A Certain Kind of Man) is an Arabic romantic comedy that follows Firdaus, a woman with a singular romantic ambition: to marry a rich man. Reality, however, keeps thwarting her plans. Her first serious prospect is brought down by an embezzlement scandal; her second husband turns out to be pathologically stingy despite his considerable fortune. With each failed attempt, the comedy deepens and the social commentary sharpens. A light-hearted but knowing series that gently pokes fun at the gap between romantic idealism and the complicated reality of marriage, money, and character.
