Abdel Jawad Metwalli

An Egyptian actor who began his artistic career at an advanced age, as he was born in 1939 and began working artistically in the 1980s. He brilliantly played the role of an employee adhering to government routine, the role of a doctor, and most often the role of an officer. He worked on television in many series, including “Saber Ya’am Saber” in 1984, “Burj Al-Akaber” in 1987, “Souq Al-Asr” in 2001, and “Aunt Nour” in 2003. His films include “Ashmawy” in 1987, “A Woman on the Verge of Fall” in 1992, and “The Empress” in 1999. He can be seen in the role of Dr. Ezzat, the hospital director, in the movie “Half a Dozen Crazy People” in 1991.
