Al Saqayen Lane is an Egyptian drama-comedy that centers on Salem, a young man on the verge of marrying Fakiha, who lives with her uncle, an unrecognized composer struggling for recognition. Their lives are upended when a film company contacts the uncle seeking a new composition, and he brings Fakiha along to perform it before the director and producer.
