Anwar Abdullah

A late Egyptian author, born in 1919, who wrote many films, plays and songs. His most prominent films include (A Case in Flag, The Return of the Most Dangerous Man in the World, A Pickpocket Despite His Nose), and among his plays are (Munawar Ya Pasha, 30 Days of Love, The Law of Love). He worked in the Najib Al-Rihani Theater for five years, but he did not write for it. After that, he wrote several plays, including: (Al-Zanqa, Mahrous Dumps). As for his first song, it was (We Were Once in Al-Hawa), sung by Nadia Fahmy. He died in 2008 from complications of cancer.
