Awham Al-Hubb is an Arabic romantic drama that opens with Nadia falling instantly in love with Samir, leading to a hasty marriage. As she steels herself to confess, she discovers Samir has been hiding a devastating diagnosis of leukemia, silently sacrificing himself rather than burdening her.
