An Egyptian singer, actress, and media personality. She graduated from the Conservatory in 1967, then obtained a diploma from the Film Institute, Directing Department, in 1991. She started as an actress on the radio in the program (Baba Sharo), then moved to the theater and performed with the Stage Lights Trio (Music in the Eastern District, Cairo in a Thousand Years, The Harafish, You Are the One Who Killed Eliwa). She also worked in cinema, and her most prominent films include (Bamba Kashar, Pleasure and Torment, and Devils Forever). She performed songs for children, and one of her most famous songs was “Welcome Eid.” She also had a program on the ART Film Channel, “Safa Hour,” in which she hosted a group of famous Egyptian and Arab artists.
