Overview
A Divorced Woman is an Egyptian social drama that explores the messy aftermath of a divorce driven by selfish ambition. When Fathi abandons his wife Zeinab to marry his secretary Salwa, he sets off a chain of events he did not anticipate: Salwa, far from celebrating her new position, discovers that Zeinab is pregnant and finds herself drawn to sympathize with the woman she replaced.
