Overview

Al Sharabiya is an Egyptian social drama set in a vibrant working-class neighborhood. Toha and her mother struggle to make ends meet by hauling cargo in carriages for the ruthless Shehata, who exploits them at every turn. Their lives change when Shawqi, the station master responsible for supply shipments, enters the picture — he helps Toha break free from Shehata's grip, falls in love with her, and marries her. But Shehata does not accept defeat gracefully and sets out on a path of revenge. A warm and compelling drama that celebrates the resilience and dignity of ordinary people.
