Overview

A Woman with the Devil is an Egyptian crime thriller that charts the dark transformation of Nahed, a nurse who marries the wealthy elderly man she once cared for, only to fall passionately for a prisoner. Biding her time until his release, she conspires with her lover to murder her husband and claim her freedom. The film is a taut, suspenseful study in greed, desire, and moral collapse — a classic noir narrative that traces how desperation and ambition can drive an ordinary person toward an extraordinary crime. Charged with tension from start to finish, it remains a striking example of Egyptian genre filmmaking.
