Overview

The Third Man is an Egyptian action drama centered on Kamal Hussain, a fighter pilot dishonorably discharged after accidentally causing the death of a fellow pilot during the October 1973 War. Abandoned by his wife who accuses him of cowardice, Kamal rebuilds his life as a helicopter pilot for an oil company. His fragile new existence is tested when a powerful drug lord attempts to recruit him to transport a massive narcotics shipment. Playing a dangerous double game, Kamal feigns cooperation while secretly alerting his superiors and working with authorities to bring down the criminal network from within. A tense and morally layered thriller about guilt, redemption, and the courage to act.
