Al-Bey Al-Bawwab is an Egyptian social comedy following Abdel Samea, a man who migrates to the city with his wife and children in search of work, landing his first job as a building doorman. His natural wit and sharp eye for opportunity, however, refuse to keep him in that humble role for long. Leveraging his position and street smarts, he gradually reinvents himself as a successful real estate broker, accumulating considerable wealth along the way.
