Overview

Albarnas is an Egyptian family drama and revenge thriller spanning two generations. When Nafisa Al-Kharbowtli elopes with a poor musician, her aristocratic family disowns her completely, treating her as dead. Her husband dies shortly after their son Yousef is born, leaving them in destitution. Nafisa raises Yousef with full knowledge of the family tree that rejected them, planting in him a burning sense of injustice. As he grows, Yousef assembles a meticulous plan to dismantle the remaining men of the Al-Kharbowtli clan — a slow-burning saga of inherited grievance and calculated retribution.
