Overview
Al-Takhshiba (Jail Cell) is an Egyptian legal drama following a doctor who suddenly finds herself criminally implicated in a crime she did not commit, after a seemingly minor accident sets off a chain of unbelievable complications. She is pulled through a relentless cycle of police stations, security offices, and hospital corridors, caught in a bureaucratic nightmare as she waits for her lawyer to untangle the web of accusations against her and prove her innocence.
