God Is on Our Side is an Egyptian patriotic drama film set against the backdrop of the Palestine war. Returning in defeat, he and a group of Free Officers uncover evidence that corrupt arms dealers, including Nadia's own father, supplied the army with defective weapons. Emad asks Nadia to search her father's documents for proof, forcing her into an impossible conflict between family loyalty and national justice.
