Shahr aleasal, is a 1945 Egyptian movie, directed by Ahmad Badrakhan, and starring Farid Al-Atrash, Zeinat Sedki, Hassan Fayek. with a runtime of 115 minutes.
Shahr Aleasal is an Egyptian romantic comedy built around mistaken identities and comic misunderstandings. Hanaa, a beautiful young woman, is forced to accept a fiancé she finds unappealing, while musician Farid promises to visit and give her music lessons. The confusion begins when two fiancées — Hanaa and Jamalat — become mixed up, with each man convinced the woman in front of him is his intended. When Farid arrives and meets Hanaa for the first time, he mistakenly believes she is Jamalat, setting off a chain of lighthearted situations driven by crossed signals and comic coincidences. The film is a charming exploration of love, obligation, and the chaos that comes when hearts and names get tangled together.
