Overview
Help Us is an Egyptian thriller drama that exposes the dark underbelly of wealth and exploitation. Korashy, an ordinary man, begins donating blood to Ra'fat, a powerful businessman suffering from kidney failure. Rewarded with a job as Ra'fat's personal driver, Korashy believes he has found a benefactor — until he undergoes what he is told is a routine surgical procedure, only to discover that his kidney has been removed without his knowledge or consent.
