Overview
Ahla Ayam Al Omr is an Egyptian romantic comedy about Mamdouh, a lawyer with an orderly life split between his law office and his wife Hanan. That routine is shattered when Nawal, a client with ulterior motives, accuses him of assault after an evening together, disappears, then returns claiming to be pregnant and demanding to move into his home. To keep the peace, Mamdouh passes Nawal off to his wife as a distant cousin, setting off a chain of escalating comic complications. The film is a sharp, light-hearted look at marital vulnerability and the chaos that ambition and deceit can unleash.
