An Egyptian actor, born in Cairo in 1945 to an Egyptian father and a British mother. He studied at Al-Galaa Private School. Among his classmates were Hussein and Mustafa Fahmy, and directors Ali Badrakhan and Ahmed Yehia. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University. His father worked as a sound engineer at Studio Misr in the 1940s. His mother graduated from the Rada Institute in England, which is the most famous acting institute in the world, and was an extremely beautiful model who earned the title of queen. The beauty of Egypt in 1936 and was chosen to be the first face to appear in the editorial of the color television screen. He continued his studies in Britain and then returned to Egypt five years later, and began acting since the early eighties, specifically in 1982, in dozens of supporting roles between cinema and television, from his films: (The Black Panther, So That Smoke Does Not Fly, Watch Proof, The Network of Death, The Spy Hikmat Fahmy, and Zarf Tariq). He also intensified his work in television drama since the late nineties in addition to his work. Filmmaker, where he presented the series (Hwanim Garden City, Al-Qarmouti on an Official Mission, the opera Aida, A Knight Without a Horse, and King Farouk).
