Public Notice is an Egyptian thriller drama centered on Aida, an employee at an investment firm run by the fraudster Jalal Wahdan, who has swindled thousands of depositors. When Jalal secretly enlists Aida to help him recover funds from a Swiss bank that operates on voice-print authentication, she confides in Sami — her friend Rawya's husband — who hatches an audacious plan: he undergoes surgery to alter his vocal cords so that his voice becomes an exact match for Jalal's. The film blends financial intrigue with a sharp comedic edge, building to a suspenseful showdown of identity and deception.
