Ehtiris Nahnu Al-Majaneen is an Egyptian comedy film set in a lively apartment building where romance and crime collide in unexpected ways. Hoda is quietly in love with Waheed, a student renting in the building her mother owns. Waheed befriends the lovable duo Hassouna and Salama, while their friend Shawqi unwittingly becomes a pawn for the dancer Ashjan, who exploits his naivety to smuggle drugs for her lover Hamza. A night out at the club sets off a chain of comic misadventures — Ashjan takes an interest in Waheed, the police close in on Hamza, and tensions boil over in a surprising confrontation at Ashjan's flat.
