An Egyptian actor, he was born in 1960 in Cairo, and obtained a bachelor’s degree from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. He began his artistic career at the beginning of the seventies and continued working actively in cinema until the early nineties. His films during this period include: (Why Alexandria, We Are on the Bus, Mouths and Rabbits, Sons and Killers). With the advent of the nineties, Ahmed Salama went to work in television dramas, and his cinematic participations decreased since then, and among the most prominent series that he presented: (Wolves of the Mountain, I will not live in my father’s robes, Justice has many faces, Goblins of Al-Sayala, No one sleeps in Alexandria).
