Overview

Hawari Bucharest is an Egyptian social action drama set in the historic Al-Sayeda Zeinab district of Cairo. The series follows Sayed Gad Allah — known as Sayed Bucharest — a talented professional judo champion who has won national titles yet remains unrecognized by the state. Disillusioned and cornered by circumstance, he turns his athletic skills toward the criminal underworld, becoming entangled in increasingly dangerous situations.
