A Wife from Paris is an Egyptian romantic comedy that follows three men navigating love and marriage from very different vantage points. Dr Nagi works in the Paris oasis far from the city's noise; engineer Wajih, scarred by his wife's infidelity, has sworn off women entirely; and school headmaster Dawood patiently searches for the right woman among the oasis's young women. Their paths intertwine as each man confronts his own emotional reality, making for a light, observant portrait of the many ways Arab men find themselves — or lose themselves — in matters of the heart.
