Nafeza A'la Al-Ganna is an Arabic drama series following an orphaned young woman from a wealthy but emotionally cold household. When she falls for Tawfiq, a writer connected to her reclusive father, her trust is catastrophically betrayed — he assaults her, steals her father's money, and disappears. Left to face the consequences alone, she gives birth to a blind daughter she cannot raise and must place in another's care. Amid pain and isolation, a new suitor offers a possible path forward, forcing her to decide whether hope can survive such devastating betrayal.
