Overview
The Illusion is an Egyptian drama film following Magdy, a successful engineer haunted by a traumatic incident in which a construction worker fell to his death before his eyes. Seeking escape, Magdy travels to Alexandria, where he encounters a peculiar married couple: the devoted husband Safwat, who lavishes attention on his wife Souad, and Souad herself, who responds with cold indifference after discovering that his affection masks greed for her fortune.
