Overview
The Great Artist is an Egyptian romantic drama tracing the turbulent life of theater actor Nabil Rushdi and the woman who loves him, Madiha. Despite fierce objection from her brother, the two marry and begin their life together. Fate intervenes when Nabil is shot and left injured, putting an abrupt end to his acting career and plunging him into hardship and despair.
