Taxi of Love is an Egyptian romantic comedy film built around a charming case of mistaken identity. A wealthy young woman falls for her taxi driver after repeated chance encounters, but when she asks him to propose, he refuses — convinced the class gap between them is insurmountable. Undeterred, she disguises herself as a singer and infiltrates his world through a back door, performing alongside him in musical shows. He falls for the singer without realizing she is the same woman who pursued him.
