Qalb Yahtarek is an Egyptian thriller that ignites when Aida, returning from Alexandria, runs into her friend Zozo on the train. Zozo confesses she is on the run from a man named Lotfy who wants money from her — money she pushed her husband Farid to steal from his own company, which she then hid in Aida's bag without her knowledge. When Farid tracks Zozo down and murders her, the unsuspecting Aida suddenly finds herself a target in a deadly game she never agreed to play. Hunted by a desperate killer and burdened by evidence she does not understand, Aida must fight to survive. The film keeps tension wound tight from start to finish with sharp plotting and an innocent-in-danger premise.
