Mohamed Hussein is an Egyptian thriller film in which a chauffeur at a Cairo five-star hotel finds himself the prime suspect in the murder of celebrated international painter Sherif Kamal, played by Samir Sabri, who had just returned from Paris. The case takes a sensational turn when it emerges that Sherif painted his final, masterpiece directly on Mohamed Hussein's back shortly before his death. The painting makes the driver a hunted man: Faryal Youssef, the painter's stepdaughter, will stop at nothing to claim the artwork, while Mohamed Hussein fights to protect himself against both false accusations and determined pursuers who want what is literally written on his skin.
