Overview
Bahibbak Ya Helwa is a lighthearted Egyptian romantic comedy set in the city of Luxor. Young government employee Mostafa, aided by his new colleagues Saeed and Fekry, spreads the rumor that he is a married man in order to secure an apartment in Shokry Effendi's building. His scheme grows complicated when he falls for Leila, the landlord's daughter, and must confess the truth to her. Meanwhile, the neighbor's daughter Samiha is determined to win his hand by any means necessary — and Mostafa must dodge her advances while navigating his growing feelings for Leila.
