Time and Dogs is an Egyptian drama film that follows the moral descent of Sultan, a man whose obsession with the village girl Hanim leads him down a path of no return. Hanim has come to Cairo to work as a maid in the villa of Dr. Fayez, and when the doctor discovers her relationship with Sultan, Sultan murders him and steals his wealth. Rather than facing justice, Sultan launders the stolen money into a business and marries into Cairo's elite — a chilling portrait of crime, social climbing, and the corrupting power of unchecked greed.
