Fugitive is an Egyptian psychological drama about Hassan, a young man scarred by a betrayal from his childhood that has left him deeply mistrustful of women. When a beautiful woman manages to break through his defences and he allows himself to hope, life momentarily seems bright and full of possibility. But months into the marriage, his wife's behaviour shifts — and Hassan's old wounds reopen as suspicion hardens into confirmation. Overwhelmed by depression and a burning desire for revenge, he faces the very fate he spent his life dreading. A tense character study of love, paranoia, and the destructive cycle of distrust.
