Feryal Karim

A Lebanese vocalist, singer, and actress. She was born in Beirut in 1938. She started singing early when she was seven years old, by singing the songs of the artist Soraya Helmy. She also began her theatrical work in Damascus when she worked with the artist Saad al-Din Bakdounis in the play (A Doctor Despite Him). During this period, she met the artist Muhammad Shamil, who greatly admired her talent, and gave her a role in his program (Ezz Street). After that, she participated in many television works, including (The World). Heck), (Ya Manager) and (The Court Ruled), and she also acted in several plays, including: Behind the Paravan, Al-Haqq Ala Al-Italian, and Dr. Shushu. Faryal died in 1988 while on stage due to heart failure.
