Egyptian musician of Armenian origins. He graduated from the Frères School and obtained a certificate of proficiency. The sponsorship of the Palestinian professor, Qastandi Al-Khoury, had a great influence on his learning to play the violin. Then he was able to join the Fouad I Institute of Arabic Music, and succeeded in studying the violin as a student of the Polish professor Alexander Kontrowicz. Following his graduation, he was appointed as a teacher of chants at the Ministry of Education. In 1942, he participated in the St. Joseph Church Choir Band as a violinist, and succeeded in composing many pieces of music that met with great success, including (A Call). Freedom, the Legend of Loyalty of the Nile), then he continued his work, where he worked as a professor at the Institute of Dramatic Arts, and Middle East Radio broadcast some of his works. He was also a music observer on Egyptian Radio.
